Jean Nederlof - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Until the late nineties, Jean Nederlof held commercial managerial positions at a variety of organisations including Kramers Automatisering, Siemens, Data General and PinkRoccade. He has been involved with the VANAD Group since 1997. He acted as director of one of the business units for seven years. Under his management, the unit expanded from five to more than fifty employees to become the market leader of the healthcare sector. In late 2004, Jean joined the VANAD Group’s Board of Directors. Jean and his brother Ad now share the responsibility for the day-to-day management of the VANAD Group and Jean manages all operational matters such as Finance, HRM, Commerce, QA, and Facility Management.

Jeroen van Rijswijk - Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Jeroen van Rijswijk took an AMBI certificate with a specialisation in 'utilisation and management of information systems'. After having worked for a small automation company for a number of years he joined E.Novation as a project manager. He has now been working for E.Novation for seventeen years. From the outset he was closely involved in the development and utilisation of the ZorgMail messaging service. After a number of management positions he assumed final responsibility for E.Novation in 2005.

Ron Meijsen - Business Development & Strategic Alliances Director

Ron Meijsen has spent his entire career working in the field of healthcare system integration. After his qualifying as a Clinical Chemical Analyst he began his career in 1981 at the Daniel den Hoed clinic in Rotterdam, where he implemented the first laboratory information system. In the late nineties he joined Shared Medical Systems (SMS), which at the time was one of the world's largest suppliers of information systems for the healthcare sector. Meijsen spent nine years at SMS as a developer and technical consultant for hospital and radiology information systems. After a brief period at Triple P, Meijsen joined E.Novation in 1998. As Integration Services Manager he played an important role in the achievement of the leading position that E.Novation has held in the healthcare integration market for a number of years. His expertise is now also used strategically in other markets.

Sven Walraven - Commercieel Director

Sven Walraven has been working for E.Novation since 2002. During his first few years at the company as Integration Services Account Manager, he made an important contribution to E.Novation’s successes in the field of integration products and services. Under his management, E.Novation LifeLine became Benelux market leader in the field of communication servers with the Cloverleaf product. Following these successes Walraven was appointed Commercial Director in 2007, a role in which he is responsible for ten Account Managers and Sales Support staff.

René van Look - Hosting & Customer Services Director

René van Look has been working in automation since 1984. Following stints at PTT (Broadcast & Television directorate) and Wang in various service-related and support positions, he moved to Gemeentepolitie Den Haag (The Hague Metropolitan Police) – currently Regiokorps Haaglanden (The Hague Regional Police Force) – in 1988. He held various technical ICT support positions before being promoted to head of System & Network Management in 1996. In his position in the Innovation & Expertise department and later as an ICT adviser, Van Look had ultimate responsibility for large (inter)regional ICT projects of The Hague Regional Police Force.

In 1999 Van Look was appointed acting manager of The Hague Regional Police Force ICT Office. He was appointed manager with effect from 2002. He received ultimate financial and operational responsibility for the 60 office staff who manage The Hague Regional Police Force’s ICT infrastructure, including fixed and mobile telephony, portable telephony and radio telephony. In 2005 he became acting manager of the Information Management Office, where he managed project managers, developers and application management. Since 2007, Van Look has been Hosting & Customer Services Director for E.Novation. In this job he's mainly responsible for the Hosting Center and the Customer Support department. He was born and raised in The Hague, where he still resides with his wife and two sons.
